May 15 - October 15:
Three night minimum stay
$165 per night
$1095/week
Off-seasn - October 16 - May 14:
Three night minimum stay - "off-season special" rates:
$375 for 3 nights, $475 for 4 nights, $575 for 5 nights, $675 for 6 nights, and $775 for 7 nights (1 week)
(For Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and New Years holidays, the "off-season special" rates do not apply)
Occupancy
Rates quoted above are for one to four persons.
There is an additional $15 per night charge for each person beyond four.
Eight is the absolute maximum occupancy.

No smoking and no pets.
Signed rental agreement and payment are required to reserve your stay.
30 day cancellation policy.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11: 00 am.
There is a $75. cleaning fee.
There is a 1% (one percent) state of Oregon lodging tax.
There is a refundable security deposit of $150. (if terms of the rental agreement are kept; please send us a note if more than 4 weeks pass without receiving you deposit back)
